What is a Sign-in Name?
A Sign-in name is an identifier you use to participate on iWoorx. If you do not want to choose sign-in name, the iWoorx system will assign one for you.

What is a Password?
Your password is used for confirming your Sign-in name. You may choose your own password or the iWoorx system will assign one to you. If you choose your own, it should be something you can easily remember.

What if I forget my password?
Go to Forget Your Password, fill out the form and iWoorx will email your password to you.

Can I choose my own Sign-in name?
Yes! If you have any questions, please use the guidelines below.

Do I have to choose my own Sign-in name and password?
No. If you do not want to choose your Sign-in name, the iWoorx system will assign you a Sign-in name and password which you can always change later.

What can my Sign-in name be?
Your Sign-in name may be a number of things. Here are some guidelines.

A Sign-in name may contain letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), the underscore (_) and no spaces.

A Sign-in name must be at least six (6) characters long.
A Sign-in name is case sensitive.
A Sign-in name may not contain spaces.
A Sign-in name may not be obscene, profane or hateful.

Will anyone else have the same User ID?
No. Your Sign-in name must be unique. In the real world, there can be thousands of people named "Tom." At iWoorx, only one person can have "Tom" as a Sign-in name. If your name is already used, try adding a number to the end of it, like "Tom23."

Can my Sign-in name be my email address?
No. Your Sign-in Name may be choosen by you or assigned to you by the iWoorx system.

Can I change my Sign-in name or password?
Yes. Simply go to the Change Sign-in Name or Password page and follow the instructions.

Can iWoorx change my Sign-in name or password?
iWoorx reserves the right to modify, alter or suspend any Sign-in Name or Password at any time, at our sole discretion and without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

What if I want to change my registered email address?
If you change your registered email address, you can still keep the same Sign-in name and password.
